Winnipeg starting pitcher Dustin Glant struck out eight batters and allowed only one hit in six innings pitched, as the Goldeyes topped the Sioux Falls Pheasants 4-0. Winnipeg DH Brian Myrow was involved in three of his team’s four runs scored on the night. Myrow had two hits in five at-bats, including a solo homerun, and finished the night with two RBIs and two runs scored. Goldeyes 3B Louis Ott picked up an RBI as well. Glant, Kevin Light, and William Jackel combined for a four-hit shutout. With the win, Winnipeg extends its winning streak to five games.
