The late E. Ward Jones, who is especially remember for his role in the development of 4-H across Canada, will be one of five inductees to go into the Hall in 2015.

Other inductees include Cereal Researcher Dr. Ron DePauw, former Saskatchewan Premier Grant Devine, winemaking pioneer Anthony von Mandl, and the late Ovila Lebel, whose efforts helped establish Egg Farmers of Canada.

"Canadian agriculture is rooted in a rich history that set the foundation for the innovation that continues to drive our sector," says President Herb McLane, Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame Association. "The five inductees for 2015 represent the full spectrum of our industry. They reflect the vast geography of the country and the diverse disciplines that have collectively contributed to the past, present and future of Canadian agriculture."

The 2015 induction ceremony will be held on November 22 in conjunction with the Canadian Western Agribition in Regina. This will be the first time the ceremony has been held in Western Canada.
