Canadian Western Agribition (CWA) announced its 2015 scholarship recipients.

Every year, CWA awards post-secondary scholarships to future leaders who have a connection to the show.

One of this year's winners included Breanna Anderson of Swan River, Manitoba, who is enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan in a master's program focusing on refining corn grazing recommendations.

The Canadian Western Agribition Scholarship of $2,500 is awarded to students with a history of involvement in Agribition as exhibitors, volunteers, or competitors pursuing post-secondary education.

Another award, The Barry Andrew Family Scholarship, presents $1,500 to students with a history of involvement in CWA as well as pursuing post-secondary education in the field of agriculture.

This year's winner is Jake Rawluk of Moosehorn, Manitoba, who is enrolled at Alberta's Lakeland College in Agribusiness and Crop Technology.
