A new distribution map released by Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Development shows that 48 fields have tested positive for low concentrations of clubroot.

Testing, which is still considered limited, was done from 2009-2014.

As less than five per cent of farms in Manitoba have been tested, it's recommended that all fields be tested to determine if clubroot spores are present.

Clubroot is a soil-borne pest that can move from field to field on both agricultural and non-agricultural equipment.
