The Keystone Centre is bustling with activity as the 34th annual Manitoba Ag Days kicked off this morning.

The show features a record 520 exhibitors, covering over 500 thousand square feet of space.

Equipment manufacturers have brought their newest and best to the show, with some machines being unveiled to the public for the first time.

"The popular features are certainly back again. Things like the Inventors' Showcase and the speaker lineup. We have a good lineup of speakers as always," says show co-manager Owen Beever. "The Bull Congress is growing. We actually had more entries than we could accomodate."

Speaker presentations covering topics ranging from market outlooks to drainage to weather are happening in the two theatres set up in the main arena. There was standing room only during many of the speaker sessions on Tuesday morning.

The show runs daily from Tuesday through Thursday from 9am until 5pm. Admission is free.
