Allison Brown

We enjoy putting the spotlight on musicians, whether it be Manitobans, or those from further away.  Allison Brown of Ontario was performing in Manitoba this weekend, and Saturday night's concert was a reminder that not all music needs to be heard or performed in a fancy imposing venue.  Allison,and her accompanist, Dan Henshall, were in Manitoba for a series of concerts as part of the "Wake the Sleeping Giant" tour, were set up on the box of a 1952 Chevy one ton truck.  Later in the evening, Allison and Dan, sang around a fire.  Later, as we were warming indoors at the Inn amoung the Willows, Allison talked about the tour
