Funeral Date: May 28, 2022
Alvina Irene MacGregor, 76, of Winnipeg formerly of Blumenort, passed away Thursday, April 14th at Caba San Lucas, Mexico. She is survived by her husband James, 1 son, 1 grandson, and their families. She was predeceased by 1 daughter. 
Cremation has taken place. 
Private family interment will take place Thursday, May 5th. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 28th at Calvary Chapel Deaf Church.

Alvina Irene MacGregor - August 16, 1945 - April 14, 2022
Alvina lived life to the fullest until her last breath, We are all shocked by her sudden passing,
She leaves to mourn, her beloved husband Jim, of 56 years, her son Sean and wife Kallie,
grandson Brett Ritchot and 3 great grandchildren, Jesse, Blaire, and Trey. She was
predeceased by 1 daughter, Debbie.
Alvina was born in Greenland Manitoba and went to school in Saskatchewan.
Alvina had various jobs which included Granny’s poultry and teaching at the Manitoba
School for the Deaf. She often taught ASL classes and occasionally preached the message
at Calvary Temple Church for the Deaf.
Alvina loved her family and she loved the Lord. She was always friendly, helpful, and
encouraging and was always testifying of her love for her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
We ache with the loss and the void she has left. We can rejoice knowing that Alvina is now
singing and dancing with the angels!
This was Alvina’s daily verse she wrote out for April 14, 2022: Do not fear, for I am with you,
do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you surely, I will help
you surely, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
