The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will finish the 2010 Canadian Football League season without a road win. The Bombers lost 16-13 to the Edmonton Eskimos at Commonwealth Stadium. Justin Palardy had given the Bombers a 13-10 lead with a 37-yard field goal on Winnipeg's first attempt at overtime. Palardy kicked three field goals in regulation including a 26-yarder on the final play of the fourth quarter which tied the game at 10-10. Blue Bombers quarterback Joey Elliott competed 15-of-29 for 130 yards. He did not throw a touchdown pass or an interception in his first start. Jonathan Hefney had a pair of interceptions while Jovon Johnson and Ian Logan also picked off Eskimos quarterback Jared Zabransky. The Blue Bombers are 4-13 and will play their season finale on Friday, November 5th against the Calgary Stampeders at Canad Inns Stadium.
