Robbery Arrest

On June 10th at 11:11pm an officer on patrol identified a 32-year-old male in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue who was wanted for robbery. The male was arrested and held for court on June 11, 2024.

 

Assault With a Weapon / Breach of Release Order

On June 10th at 1:52am police were called to the 1800 block of Rosser Avenue where a female reported her 27-year-old boyfriend had pushed her and attempted to hit her with a hammer. She did not require medical attention. Police located the male at an establishment nearby. He was breaching a release order by possessing weapons. The male was arrested and held in custody for court on June 11, 2024.

 

Breach of Peace

On June 10th at 4:21am police received an anonymous call requesting a wellbeing check on a 42-year-old female. Police attended a residence in the 2500 block of McDonald Avenue where an intoxicated female was arrested and held overnight. She will be released in the morning.

 

Suspicious Fire

On June 10th at 5:10am a porch fire was reported at a residence in the 300 block of 6th Street. No property damage within the residence and no one was injured. Brandon Fire Department was able to extinguish the blaze. The fire appears suspicious, and police are continuing to investigate.

 

Arrest Warrant

On June 10th at 10:19am police were called to the 100 block of 6th street where a 30-year-old female was sleeping outside an establishment. The female was found to have an outstanding warrant and failed to attend court twice. She was held in custody for court on June 11, 2024.

 

Theft under $5000 / Breach of Probation x2

On June 10th at 11:45am police were called to a theft at a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue. Police located the 29-year-old female in possession of the stolen merchandise in the 300 block of 9th Street. The woman was on previous conditions not to attend the business. She was arrested and held for court on June 11, 2024.

 

Breach of Peace

On June 10th at 12:20pm Brandon police received a call to a disturbance at a residence in the 2300 block of Brandon Avenue. A 17-year-old male was arrested as he was the cause of the issues. He will be released in the morning.
