Saturday, June 1st Report:

Arrest Warrants

On May 31st at 7:25PM, A 33 year old male attended the Police Service and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant of arrest for failing to attend Court.  He was held for Court in the morning.

At 2:40 AM Police stopped a 37 year old male in the downtown area.  The subject was known to officers and found to be the subject of an arrest warrant for break and enter and aggravated assault.  He was arrested and held for Court in the morning.

Earlier in the evening, a 29 year old female was reported missing from her temporary residence.  At 3:46AM, Police located her it was determined that she was the subject of 2 warrants of arrest for fail to attend court and fail to attend for fingerprints.  She was arrested and held for Court in the morning.

Breach of the Peace

At 11:52PM, Police attended to a private residence for a disturbance.  They located a 23 year old female intoxicated and fighting with the residents.  She was arrested and lodged for release when sober.

Sunday, June 2nd Report:

Possession of Drugs

At 1:11 pm, a traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of 4th St. The 43 year old male driver of the vehicle was suspended from driving and also had 4 outstanding warrants for arrest. The search of the subject incident to arrest located individually packaged drugs including cocaine, crack cocaine, Xanax, meth and T-3’s. As a result the subject was held in custody to appear in court in the morning.

Breach of Probation

At 11:38 pm, a traffic stop was conducted in the 400 block of 23rd St and the passenger in the vehicle was found to be on a Probation Order not to communicate with the driver of the vehicle. As a result, the 40 year old male was arrested and later released on an appearance notice.

Other Arrests

3 other subjects were arrested for being intoxicated and causing disturbances and were held until sober.
