Arrest Warrants

On March 20th at 06:54 am A 34-year-old female turned herself into Brandon Police as she was aware she had an outstanding warrant for Breaching her probation. She was arrested and released for court on April 11th, 2024.

On March 20th at 1:10 pm Police attended to a residence in the 200 block of 13th street and arrested a 27-year-old male who had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with his undertaking. He was held for court on March 21st, 2024.

On March 20th at 5:40 pm police conducted a pedestrian check in the 400 block of Queens Avenue. A 42-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with his release order. He was held for court on March 21st, 2024.

On March 21st at 8:42 pm Police located a male at a business in the 1700 block of Middelton Avenue who had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. A 57-year-old male was arrested and released for court on May 21st, 2024.

 

Assaults

On March 21st at 9:41 pm police were called to disturbance at a residence on Maple Ridge Crescent. An intoxicated 19-year-old male was arrested for assaulting his father and the father’s friend. He will be released in the morning for court on June 6th, 2024. No serious injuries were reported.

On March 20th at 11:38 pm police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of Dougals Street. A 19-year-old female reported being assaulted by a 19-year-old male who was known to her. No serious injuries were reported. The intoxicated male was arrested for assault and will be released in the morning for court on June 6th, 2024.

 

Breach of Peace

On March 21st at 00:18 am Police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 100 block of 2nd street. An intoxicated 19-year-old female was arrested as she was the cause of the issues. She will be released in the morning.
