The crew is busy preparing for Canada's Farm Show, taking place in Regina June 21 - 23.

Show Manager Shirley Janeczko says they're excited to be back with an in-person event.

"It seems to have been a long time since we arranged an in person show. The excitement here in our offices is nothing I've ever experienced before. So I'm just thrilled about it."

This year marks the show's 44th Anniversary and features a brand new indoor footprint with more than 1.5 million square feet of indoor space.

She says among the highlights for this year is the new Launch Pad.

"We're calling it the biggest stage for the best in ag. So that's an opportunity to see the newest product launches, hear about the newest innovations in the ag industry, talk about some of the issues and problems and collaborate on some of the outstanding items farmers are dealing with in today's world."

Janezcko says this year the Ag Tech Innovation Pavillion will feature 26 companies focusing on brand new innovations, equipment and technology.

"In that pavilion, we're featuring some of the companies that are taking the product to the next step. So there's a number of companies in that pavilion as well as throughout the show. You'll find them talking about the next step for the crops that are coming off the field."

Canada's Farm Show also features the Empowering Women's Conference, as well as Ag Talks on canola crushing, transportation and more.

Other key note presentations including the CEO of Raven Industries, Karen Proud from Fertilizer Canada and more, all being anchored by the always popular trade show.

Canada's Farm Show attracts producers from not only Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta but right across Canada.

She notes they've seen a strong interest internationally with representatives coming from South Africa, Ethiopia, Mongolia, Australia and the US with manufacturing and farm tours being set up for those buyers as well.

Janeczko says another highlight for 2022 is the return of the Professional Bull Riding event.
