The Carberry Plains Museum will be holding a fundraising event next Sunday, March 12th at the Carberry Legion.

Museum Board member, Gloria Mott, says funds raised will go towards the renovation project on their gingerbread house; one of 2 gingerbread houses like this in all of western Canada.  When the museum acquired the house they removed a small kitchen from the upstairs, and are planning on turning that space to display more of their artifacts that are now in storage.

For next Sunday's fundraiser, Mott says they're excited to bring back Lucky Ned, a group of 4 musicians who will be playing a variety of different styles of music.  "They call themselves 'experienced' musicians! They do a variety of songs and then they intersperse it with their own conversation.  It's very entertaining and a very nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon!"

The Carberry Plains Museum Fundraiser will be held:
