Boundary CO-OP will be holding two recruitment events with one taking place in Boissevain and the other in Killarney.

The information sessions take place every year.

Cheryl Rushing is Boundary’s Marketing Manager and she says it’s about letting people know what the CO-OP has to offer it’s employees.

“Our HR manager likes to hold these events once a year in our communities to let people know about the opportunities with the CO-OP. We have some managers on site and they are there to answer any questions people might have. We talk about the opportunities we have a different locations and things like job advancement, scholarship opportunities, education opportunities and those types of things.”

Rushing says the CO-OP is in pretty good shape when it comes to staffing levels. “We’re always looking for people to join our team and we look for people to promote our product and our customer service brand.”

During the pandemic she adds it can be tough at times but the staff has been fantastic.

The Boundary CO-OP recruitment events will take place in Boissevain and Killarney and both take place at the local food stores between 3:330 and 5:30 pm. Boissevain’s event goes Wednesday and Killarney’s on Thursday.
