Mischief Under $5000

On May 15th Police arrested a 26-year-old male for Mischief under $5000. On May 8th, 2024, a resident in the 1000 block of 8th street reported their vehicle had been kicked which dented the passenger door. The incident was caught on video surveillance and the accused was identified. He was released for court on August 11th, 2024.

 

Failing to Comply with a Release Order.

On May 15th at 11:24 am Police arrested a 23-year-old female at a business in the 100 block of 7th street. The female was found to be breaching conditions of her release order and was held for court on May 16th, 2024.

 

Fraud over $5000

On May 15th Police arrested a 46-year-old female at her residence in Brandon. Between December of 2023 and March of 2024, she made separate bank transfers to herself from a business she was employed at in the 3300 block of Victoria Avenue. The transfers totaled $9200. She was released for court on July 7th, 2024.

 

Arrest Warrant

On May 15th at 10:50 pm Police conducted a pedestrian check of a male in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue. A 25-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. He was held for court on May 16th, 2024.

 

Breach of Peace

On May 16th at 04:48 am Police were called to a residence the 1800 block of College Avenue for an intoxicated female causing problems. A 39-year-old female was arrested and will be released in the morning.
