Ernest Henry (Sam) Phillips, 83, passed away Wednesday, January 5th at Souris Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Florence, 2 sons, 3 sisters, 1 brother, 4 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law and their families. 
The funeral service for Ernest Henry (Sam) Phillips will be held Wednesday, January 12th at 2pm at Souris Glenwood Cemetery. Covid Protocols are in place, please remain in your vehicle and listen to the service on the radio.
