Brandon Wheat Kings forward Scottie Glennie will play for Team WHL tonight in Prince George against Russia in the final game of the 2010 Subway Super Series. Glennie, who was selected by the Dallas Stars in the first round (8th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, has five goals and 20 assists in 22 games with Brandon this season. Russia beat Team WHL 7-6 in a shootout last night in Kamloops. Under the point system for the tournament, a regulation victory is worth three points, a shootout win is worth two points, and a shootout loss is worth one point. The Russians currently sit with nine points through five games while the CHL has six points. A regulation victory for Team WHL in the series finale will create a nine point tie, at which point a five player shoot-out will determine the 2010 Subway Super Series winner.
