Jacob “Jake” Hamm, 78, of Morden passed away Sunday, September 10th at Tabor Home. He is survived by 1 sister, 2 brothers, and their families. He was predeceased by 1 sister and 2 brothers. 
The funeral service for Jacob “Jake” Hamm will be held Friday, September 15th at 2pm at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden with burial at Hillside Cemetery. Livestream of the service will also be available. 
Viewing will be held at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden Thursday, September 14th from 1 to 8pm and prior to the funeral service.
