Work continues to improve conditions at Killarney Lake.

 

The Lake Action Committee is trying to find ways to rid Killarney Lake of its algae problem. Chairman Jay Struth says a lot of studying will be done this coming spring and summer.

 

 

Struth is confident his committee is heading in the right direction.

He says there's no quick fix and it will take several years to correct the algae problem that has plagued the lake over the past number of summers.
