The Neepawa Natives losing streak has reached five games. The Natives were outshot 31-23 and fell 4-1 to the Portage Terriers at the Yellowhead Centre. Tanner Waldvogel scored twice for the Terriers while Derek Sand had the lone goal for Neepawa. Natives netminder Wendell Vye stopped 19 shots. Neepawa is in fourth place in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Sher-Wood Division. The Natives are 14-8-0-2 and trail the first place Swan Valley Stampeders by six points but do have four games in hand.
