The Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum just north of Brandon near the Brandon Airport had a fantastic summer hosting hundreds of visitors to their indoor and outdoor displays!

Executive Director, Stephen Hayter, says they saw a strong comeback after the pandemic, folks of all ages.  "We've done a few things to help attract people to the museum.  We have a new kid's display, and we had a travelling exhibit that's just finishing up at the end of this month, called Ace Academy, where people could pretend to be a World War I pilot, which was a lot of fun."

"There's always challenges attracting people," he adds. "But we're very hopeful that we're doing things that will make people want to come out and visit us."

Starting Sunday October 1st, 2023 the Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum will switch to its winter hours, open seven days a week from 1pm to 4pm.
