Winnipeg Blue Bombers kicker Justin Palardy is the Canadian Football League Special Teams Player of the Week. Palardy was good on all six of his field goal attempts this past Friday in Winnipeg's season finale against the Calgary Stampeders. The Truro, Nova Scotia native, who took over the kicking job from Alexis Serna in mid-August, finished the season connecting on 26-of-30 field goals. Palardy joins quarterback Buck Pierce, linebacker Joe Lobendahn, defensive tackle Doug Brown, safety Ian Logan and returner Jovon Johnson as CFL Players of the Week this season.
