Roads across Southwestern Manitoba are snow packed and slippery this morning.


Highway 3 from Killarney to between Boissevain and Deloraine has poor visibility due to blowing snow in open areas.
Poor visibility is also reported along the Trans Canada from Oak Lake to the Saskatchewan border.


Blowing snow has also reduced visibility around Brandon. Winds are forecast to remain brisk out of the Northwest at 30 with gusts to 60 kilometers per hour this morning.
