World and Olympic curling champion Jennifer Jones was in Southern Manitoba over the weekend, speaking at a couple of events, including Friday night in Morden at the Boundary Trails Health Centre Foundation annual fundraising banquet.

Canada's most decorated female curler told a number of inspiring stories, and spent much of her presentation focused on what her rink went through leading up to the Sochi games, and then what it was like to go a perfect 11-0 and ultimately the gold medal.

Golden West Radio's Robyn Wiebe spoke with Jennifer afterward.

Jennifer also spoke about what it was like to know they had won the Olympic gold in Sochi, but still had one end to play.
