The Neepawa Natives are heading into the Christmas break on a losing note. The Natives gave up three second period goals and dropped a 5-3 decision to the Swan Valley Stampeders. Derek Sand, Anthony Nobili and Justin Dalebozik did the goal scoring for the Natives who beat the Winnipeg Blues 7-1 at the Yellowhead Centre on Friday. Neepawa goaltender Riley Feser stopped 29 shots. The Natives are in fifth place in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Sher-Wood Division with a record of 18-16-1-2. Neepawa trails the fourth place Dauphin Kings by five points. The Natives will play their final game of 2010 on December 31st at home against the Portage Terriers.
