The excessive amount of snow has prompted Boissevain-Morton to bring in the rural graders to help widen some of the town streets.

Not since 2016 has this much snow blanketed the town.

Public Works Foreman Doug Harper says people can help speed up the process. “Monday and Tuesday try not to park on the street until your area has been widened by the grader.”

Harper adds there is a lot of snow and once or twice a year when there is this much the municipality likes to bring in the rural graders to push snow back onto the boulevards.

“This is common practice and the work should be completed sometime on Tuesday.”

Doug Harper wants resident to know a couple of loaders will be following the grader to clear snow out of drive ways.
