Lorne Whitelock was commenting on his vote count in Wednesday's civic election in Killarney-Turtle Mountain.

 

Whitelock a councilor for just over 5 years was trying to unseat incumbent mayor Rick Pauls.

 

Pauls more than tripled Whitelock's vote count.

 

 

Whitelock says it's obvious his campaign message isn't what voters wanted to hear.
