Brayden Schenn is on his way back to the Wheat Kings. The Los Angeles Kings have confirmed that the 19-year old Saskatoon native will return to Brandon. Schenn, who was selected fifth overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by Los Angeles, had two assists in eight games with the Kings this season. Schenn is also expected to be added to Hockey Canada’s list of players invited to attend this year’s Selection Camp in Toronto. Schenn played for Canada last year when they lost to the United States in the gold medal game of the 2010 World Junior Hockey Championship in Saskatoon.
