The Brandon Wheat Kings have lost nine games in a row for the second time this season. The Wheat Kings gave up three first period goals and dropped a 5-2 decision to the Rebels in Red Deer. Brayden Schenn and Scott Glennie did the goal scoring for Brandon. It was Schenn's first game with the Wheat Kings since being sent to Brandon by the Los Angeles Kings on Friday. The Wheat Kings, who are 11-19-1-1 and in fourth place in the Western Hockey League's East Division, will host the Everett Silvertips on Wednesday.
