The Brandon Wheat Kings will begin the 2010-2011 Western Hockey League season tonight at home against the Regina Pats. The Wheat Kings, who lost out to the Calgary Hitmen in the Eastern Conference final last season and then fell to the Windsor Spitfires in the Memorial Cup final in Brandon, recorded three wins and a loss in the pre-season. Jay Fehr of Morden, Aaron Lewadniuk of Carman and Matt Calvert of Brandon were the three 20-year old players who finished their junior careers.
