Ed Kelsey, 91, of St. Malo formerly of Tolstoi, passed away Sunday, March 17th at Bethesda Hospital. He is survived by his wife Margaret. He was predeceased by 2 sisters.
A memorial service for Ed Kelsey will be held Friday, March 22nd at 10:30am at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with interment at a later date.
