The Winnipeg Blue Bombers put their perfect road record on the line tonight (6 p.m.) when they meet the Calgary Stampeders at McMahon Stadium.

The Blue Bombers downed the Saskatchewan Roughriders 30-26 back in week one.

That win was Winnipeg's first in Regina since 2004.

The Bombers ended a similar drought when they beat the Stampeders 18-13 in Calgary in Winnipeg's final game of the 2014. season.

"It's going to be a good game," said Winnipeg receiver Clarence Denmark. "We know it's going to be a challenge. Playing on the road, we want to go in and play our game and come out with a W. That's always our plan."

The Stampeders lost receivers Nik Lewis and Brad Sinopoli to free agency.

Lewis is playing in Montreal and Sinopoli is in Ottawa.

"They're the defending champs," said Bombers safety Maurice Leggett. "They're a tough physical team. They're amazing with the run. They're always going to have some great receivers coming in. We've just have to keep them contained.”

The Bombers and Stampeders both have 2-1 records.
