Registrations are coming in for the 2017 camping season at the Turtle Mountain Bible Camp.

The camp between Boissevain and Deloraine hosts about 650 campers every summer. “We have sent out the literature and have already been getting a number of responses from interested campers” said Assistant Director Kathy Weir.

The camp's main sessions run over July and August. “We also need to find 150 people to volunteer at the camp doing everything from cooking to helping out with the weekly camps.”

Weir added interested campers can phone the camp or register online on the camp's website.

The camp is in the process of building a new kitchen and dining hall. The fund raising continues and the next event will be held February 17th in Ninga. Turtle Mountain Bible Camp will hold its 3rd annual family night February 17th at 6:30 at the Ninga arena.
Chili supper at 6:30 (donation only) immediately followed by a Family Skate & Charity Auction to raise funds towards their new kitchen/dining hall facility.
