PMH COVID-19 Designated Testing Sites Update Dauphin and Swan River locations change

Effective Wednesday, June 3, Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is shifting its testing sites that were located within Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) service centres to new locations.

Dauphin’s new site for testing will be located in the parking lot of the Dauphin Community Health Services Building at 625 Third St. SW. Watch for signage. The hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Swan River’s testing site will be located in the parking lot of the Swan Valley Primary Care Centre at 1000 Main Street. Watch for signage. The hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday to Friday.

PMH wishes to thank MPI for the cooperation and generosity they provided as the region utilized their drive-through sites during the last two months.

Brandon’s designated testing site location remains the same at Brandon Town Centre, within the parkade, which is accessible off the corner of 8th Street and Princess Avenue. Watch for signage. The hours of operation will be from Monday to Saturday from 8:45 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12-12:30 p.m.).

A reminder that the testing criteria has been expanded to now include all symptomatic Manitobans and new processes are in place to accommodate everyone who attends a testing site to be tested.

There is no appointment required and no longer a need to call Health Links/Info Santé to inquire about booking a test.

Remember to bring your Manitoba Health card.
