Fund raising has started for a Brandon family who lost everything in a fire last week.

 Leigh Wood is a concession manager at the Sportsplex in Brandon. She hopes area resident get behind the effort to help a family in need.

 

“This family lost everything and needs support from the community” said Wood.

 

Wood says the family lost all their possessions and didn't have insurance.

She says the mom, dad and 14 year old son are living in a hotel and doing what they can to put their lives back together.

Wood adds if people have larger items to donate they can call her, leave their name and she will make sure arrangements are made for pick up and delivery.
