Western Manitobans woke up to some white conditions on Tuesday.

A trace amount of snow hit the ground in the Boissevain-Killarney areas.

As of Tuesday morning snowfall is fairly general across the region and another 5 centimeters is in the forecast with wind gusts to 50 and those winds are expected to last until around 6:00pm.

Roads in the region are ice covered and snow covered sections and in town there’s snow and ice on some sidewalks.
