A Manitoban has been chosen to grace the cover of Canadian Cowboy magazine. Equine artist Kim Penner who used to live in Manitoba, and now resides with her family in Lacombe Alberta, returned to the Royal Winter Fair this week. The Royal is an event where her work attracted a lot of attention.
