Morning Show co-host Zack Driedger has joined Team Altona Police Service for The Push-Up Challenge in support of The Canadian Mental Health Association!

The challenge is to complete 2000 push-ups between February 1-23 to represent the 20% of Canadians who will experience a mental illness each year.

Team APS Captain Tristan Fournier-Jones stopped by the studio to chat with Zack and also, get in the 63 push-ups that were scheduled for the day.

You can watch the pair complete their daily push-up quota and hear their conversation below then you can use the link to donate to Team APS!

All funds raised through the event go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive. Plus, all donations to Team APS stay right here in Manitoba, supporting CMHA Manitoba Central.
