Farmers that feel they are eligible to vote in this year's Canadian Wheat Board director elections have until 5pm today to officially file their paper work.

Ian Craven, election coordinator, says voting packages were mailed out earlier, but not all eligible voters may have received a ballot.

"An example would be if they produced canola, which is an eligible crop, but did not deliver wheat or barley to the board. They may still be eligible and they can make an application with some supporting documentation," says Craven. "There's this alternate process for those that are not on the voters list but are eligible."

He says an application can be downloaded off the election website .

Eligible voters have until December 3rd to complete their ballot and return it.
