On June 14, 2022, at 3:15 pm, officers from the West District CREST unit conducted a traffic stop in Dauphin.

Officers located a 40-year-old male passenger who had two outstanding Warrants of Arrest for trafficking methamphetamine and other firearms-related offences.

A search of a backpack belonging to the 40-year-old resulted in the seizure of cash, 157 grams of methamphetamine, 5 grams of cocaine and other drug related paraphernalia.

Police report a 40-year-old man and he was remanded him into custody on charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

The suspect is also facing previous charges from investigations where methamphetamine was seized following two separate search warrants.
