Those who took in the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair in Brandon this week got to learn how to cook southern inspired food. Comedy cooking demonstrator Chef Scott Landry presented three cooking shows daily during the five day event. He was asked if consumers are starting to pay more attention of where their food comes from.

He jokes, there definitley isn't any health aspect to that style of cooking.

Landry notes he educates through entertainment and says entertaining kids is a big thing for him. He says kids love to cook if given the chance, and by learning to cook they learn it gives them some freedom of expression.
