Assiniboine Community College in Brandon will have new programs coming out in 2023.

“Fall is an exciting time for both welcoming students to campus and for connecting with future students as our recruitment team hits the road to speak with high school students, guidance counsellors, university students and community members, but we also have opportunities available through the year and can’t wait to welcome more students to programs in January and February,” said Erin Lambert, Manager of Recruitment and Conversion at Assiniboine Community College.

Opportunities across disciplines are available early in the new year: Network Administration Technology, Food Processing, Horticultural Production, Mature Student High School, Business Administration, Legal Administration, Office Skills, Education Assistant, Comprehensive Healthcare Aide and Applied Building Construction (Parkland campus).

“We’re really a year-round school and want to remind those who may be thinking about opportunities to transform their future that we have plenty of options for them to do so, and in many cases, they don’t have to wait until next September,” said Lambert.

The college also has a number of eight-month Advanced Diplomas beginning in winter and spring, which provide those who have a prior post-secondary credential the opportunity to level up their training with a post-grad credential. Also spanning disciplines, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Sustainable Food Systems and Marketing are available in the coming months.
