A group that raises money for the Canadian Foodgrains Bank will hold an information evening in Boissevain on Sunday.

The Boissevain-Morton-Whitewater Growing Project has been around for a number of years and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Foodgrains Bank.

“Sunday's meeting is about providing information on the project and some of the work being done by the Foodgrains Bank” said committee member Dave Hicks.

A couple from Killarney back from a trip to Africa will talk about how Foodgrains money is helping those in need.

“Sunday's gathering will be at the Sawmill and starts at 7:00pm.”
