Arrest Warrants

On May 29th at 09:25 am Police attended to a residence in the 1300 block of 5th street. A 36-year-old female was arrested as she had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. She was released for court on June 27th, 2024.

On May 29th at 1:30 pm Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Princess Avenue. A 33-year-old female was arrested as she had an outstanding warrant for Fraud. She was released for court on June 27th, 2024.

On May 30th at 02:33 am Police were on foot patrol in the 800 block of Princess Avenue. A 34-year-old female was arrested as she had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. She was held for court on May 30th, 2024.

Breach of Peace calls

On May 29th at 7:00 pm Police received call to the 400 block of 3rd street for a male hiding in a backyard. An intoxicated 27-year-old male was arrested. He will be released in the morning.

On May 29th at 8:22 pm Police received call of a disturbance at a residence in the 1500 block of Stickney Avenue. An intoxicated 36-year-old male was arrested as he was found to be the cause of the issues. He will be released in the morning.

Possession of Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose

On May 29th at 5:41 pm Police received a call that multiple people were chasing someone with a Machete in the area of Buttercup Bay.  Police located four males in the area matching the description. One male was later determined not to be involved. The victim being chased was also located but refused to cooperate with police. A search of the three males resulted in police locating a machete, a knife and bear spray. A 16-year-old male, A 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were all charged for possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. They were released to their guardians will all appear in court on August 7th, 2024.

Theft Under $5000

On May 29th at 5:12 pm Police received a call from a business in the Corral Center reporting a female had stolen $158.92 in merchandise and was being detained by the loss prevention officer. A 37-year-old female was arrested and released for court on August 1st, 2024.

Intoxicated Person calls

On May 29th at 4:44 pm Police were called to a business in the 1700 block of Middelton Avenue for a wellbeing check on a female. An intoxicated 37-year-old female was arrested as she was unable to care for herself. She will be released in the morning.

On May 29th at 8:46 pm Police were flagged down by an emergency responder in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. An intoxicated 32-year-old female was arrested as she was unable to care for herself. She will be released in the morning.

On May 30th at 02:33 am while on foot patrol in the 800 block of Princess Avenue officers came across a female acting erratically. An intoxicated 21-year-old female was arrested as she was unable to care for herself. She will be released in the morning.

Carry Concealed Weapon

On May 30th at 04:50 am Police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of 13th street. The passenger in the vehicle was not wearing his seatbelt and unstamped tobacco was in plain view. The 57-year-old male passenger was arrested, and further search resulted in finding a knife concealed in his waist band and a small amount of cocaine. He was later released for court on July 11th, 2024.
