Failure to Comply with Release Order X4

On June 19th at 11:45am police received a call to a residence in the 2300 block of Brandon Avenue where a male was breaching his release order by being at that address. A 23-year-old male was arrested and held for court on June 20th, 2024.

Possession of Meth

On June 19th at 4:05pm police conducted a person's check in the 2600 block of Park Avenue. The 50-year-old male was rude with police and attempted to flee on his bike. He was apprehended within a few blocks. He had attempted to stash approximately 6 grams of meth, baggies, and $250 cash. The male was arrested with a court date of August 8th, 2024.

Assault / Failure to Comply / Mischief Under $5000

On June 20th at 12:04am police were called to an assault in Cornell Bay. A female had reported a 36-year-old male had assaulted her, broken her phone and was on conditions not to have any contact with her. The male was arrested and held for court on June 20th, 2024.

Break and Enter / Theft / Possession of Weapon

On June 20th at 1:19am police were dispatched to a break and enter in the 1500 block of 26th Street. Suspects were spotted fleeing with a TV and a basket full of items. Two females, both 24 years of age, and a 34-year-old male were arrested. The stolen items were recovered. Upon arrest both females were found to have pepper spray and the male was in possession of a machete. He also had an outstanding failure to attend court warrant. The females have a court date of August 26th, 2024, while the male was held in custody with court on June 20th, 2024.
