The Neepawa Natives playoff hopes are hanging by a thread. The Natives gave up three third period goals and dropped a 4-1 decision to the defending Manitoba Junior Hockey League champion Dauphin Kings at the Yellowhead Centre. Kyle Johnson scored three times for the Kings while Daniel Adams had the lone goal for the Natives. Neepawa has six games left and the Natives trail the Waywayseecappo Wolverines by nine points. The 5th place finisher in the Sher-Wood Division will cross over to the Addison Division.
